NBA player PJ Washington, who has been on the receiving end of a vicious rumor concerning his wife Brittney Renner has a shot and concise response to the rumor mill: Stop the cap.
Washington, who was rumored to have been forced to pay his ex Brittney Renner $200K a month in child support, responded to the Twitter trolls who already had the 12th pick in the 2019 NBA Draft penniless in the poor house before they could even confirm the rumor.

Washington and IG model Brittney Renner went public with their relationship in 2020 and in May 2021, confirmed that they were expecting a baby boy. Within months, Washington and Renner split and with a child invloved, the fake news grew legs of its own.
Renner has yet to respond to the viral rumor, but hopefully the two will sort things out for the sake of the child.
