Is JAY-Z Looking to Lead a Purchase of the Denver Broncos?

at

The Denver Broncos will hit the market in 2022, and sources state there will be an “orderly determination of ownership.” Two names that are floating as possible owners include JAY-Z and Jeff Bezos.

According to Front Office Sports, the Broncos were purchased for $78 million in 1984 by Pat Bowlen, who passed in 1984. The purchase price is expected to be $4 billion.

Bezos is known to have an interest in NFL ownership, and for HOV, he would have to find partners for the purchase.

It would be interesting to see if HOV could pull the purchase off with his other sporting ventures. His Roc Nation Sports manages many athletes. Last month, days after his $325 million investment into Fanatics sports e-commerce initiative, Hov and Michael Rubin had applied for a New York gaming license to form Fanatics Sportsbook.

Fanatics is currently valued at $18 billion and has partnerships with major sports leagues across the nation. The valuation is based on what is supposed to come from the sports gambling world. TMZ states Hov and Rubin have teamed with Kambi, a company that develops the software for sports gaming operators.

Do you think HOV to the NFL will happen?
