'A year after I was faced with the reality that I too suffer with Mental Illness, I decided that I wasn’t going to hide from it. I was going to share my experiences in hopes of everyone who has felt and gone through the worst of times mentally .. that I have also and that you are not alone. I thought at first that no one would listen. I thought that I would be in the blogs every week and be talked about and further be teased and destroyed in the press. But instead what I have found was a community of people who were just like me…' Tamar captioned her post. She continued and said: 'Under construction!!
