Dermot O’Leary Acknowledges That He Is Unfamiliar With Home Bargains or B&M In Alison Hammond Show

It is thought that Dermot O'Leary is one of the more down-to-earth TV personalities, at least that is what we thought. The host of ITV's This Morning said today that he had never heard of two of the most popular budget stores in the UK. This left viewers shocked and in disbelief. Ordinary people find it hard to think about a future without B&M or Home Bargains because we don't live in very special places. During his appearance on Coupon Queen, Dermot told the show that he was completely "stunned" by the two stores. It turns out that that's the kind of place where he lives. In the absence of them, where would we be able to buy our cleaning supplies for half the price we would pay at other big supermarkets if we didn't? It's hard to decorate our homes in a glam way if there aren't more expensive stores nearby. Where else could we do this for a quarter of the money we would need if they didn't exist? That's what a lot of people are wondering this morning, after Dermot broke the news. Alison Hammond, one of his co-hosts, was as shocked as he was by the revelation.
